Job Description
- Administer and maintain identity platforms including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies across systems
- Monitor and report on identity-related activities, access patterns, and anomalies
- Collaborate with security architects to design and improve identity infrastructure
- Support audits and compliance efforts by providing identity-related evidence and reports
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes and access provisioning/deprovisioning
- Identify and remediate identity security risks and misconfigurations
- Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes and standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID
- Understanding in identity reporting and analytics (e.g., access logs, entitlement reviews)
- Understanding of identity architecture, protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), and lifecycle management
- Understanding of managing RBAC models
- Knowledge of identity security principles, including least privilege and zero trust
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure IAM features (e.g., Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management)
- Exposure to AWS IAM and cloud identity integrations
- Scripting or automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
- Azure DLP (Purview) experience
