Hiring HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
* Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
* Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with clients/hiring managers.
* Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
* Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.
* Achieve monthly recruitment targets.
Requirements:

* Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
