Job Description

Job Role- HR Recruiter(OFF ROLE)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage endtoend recruitment for corporate positions sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closures.
Execute highquality corporate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social platforms, and internal databases.
Maintain accurate candidate trackers, ensuring complete visibility of all active roles.
Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
Manage stakeholder coordination, providing regular updates to hiring managers.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Skills & Competencies

1-3 years of experience in corporate sourcing and fullcycle recruitment.
Strong sourcing skills across job boards and social networks.
Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management ability.
Proficiency in Excel and ATS tools (preferred).
Kannada Language speaking is mandatory.
