Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment job posting, screening, scheduling, and offer management

Manage employee onboarding and induction programs

Maintain employee records, HRMS database, and HR documentation

Coordinate payroll inputs and handle employee queries on salary, leaves, and benefits

Drive employee engagement activities, townhalls, and R&R programs

Handle HR compliance PF, ESIC, labour law compliance, and statutory returns

Coordinate training and development programs

Required Skills:

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent

Knowledge of HR processes recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations

Proficiency with HRMS tools (Darwinbox, Zoho People, GreytHR, or SAP HCM)

Good communication and people skills

Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, and Shops & Establishments Act

Excellent foundation role in HR with clear career progression.
