HR Executive (for a renowned pharma co.)

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle complete recruitment process from job posting to joining of candidates
• Search and shortlist suitable candidates from job portals and other sources
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct employee onboarding and induction for new joiners
• Maintain employee records and HR documents properly
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT and other HR statutory requirements
• Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries and support
• Maintain employee engagement and healthy workplace environment
• Prepare HR reports and follow up on pending tasks and activities

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in any stream & specialization in Human Resources.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR and recruitment
• Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
• Basic understanding of PF, ESIC and labour compliance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Comfortable using MS Excel, Word and HR software/tools
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented and organized in documentation work
• Positive attitude and team player mindset
