HR Executive - BFSI

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment job posting, screening, scheduling, and offer management
  • Manage employee onboarding and induction programs
  • Maintain employee records, HRMS database, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and handle employee queries on salary, leaves, and benefits
  • Drive employee engagement activities, townhalls, and R&R programs
  • Handle HR compliance PF, ESIC, labour law compliance, and statutory returns
  • Coordinate training and development programs

    • Required Skills:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
  • Knowledge of HR processes recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations
  • Proficiency with HRMS tools (Darwinbox, Zoho People, GreytHR, or SAP HCM)
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, and Shops & Establishments Act
  • Excellent foundation role in HR with clear career progression.
