Job Description
To ensure all green building policies are being strictly follow
• To take a morning briefing before the operations start with the security team, valet, F & B team to discuss daily appointments
• Responsible for cleaning & maintenance of the entire building & also faade cleaning of the building (internal & external).
• To ensure all health & safety practices are being followed.
• Responsible for all complaints received from the clients & occupants. • To manage the site operations F & B service, front-desk, cleanliness, maintenance & upkeep of the lobby areas by checking the site on a daily basis
• Maintaining all records and documentation for Housekeeping as well as vendor management & soft service.
• Responsible for all vendor related activities which comes under the scope of soft services
• To ensure all types of training are being provided timely to the staff.
• Responsible for day to day checks of the vendors & preparation of the daily vendor report
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management Practice and Other
Requirements: 8 to 12 years of overall experience working with luxuryhotels
