Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Generate Home Loan leads from open market and through different channels.
Develop and maintain relationship with clients for repeat business and referral/s.
Implement and develop sales activities to achieve target.
Arrange loan events.
Handle product queries and service issues.
Meeting clients, verify documents, process file, co-ordinate for sanction / disbursement of loan, personalized service to clients.
Ensure the target assigned targets are achieved.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of home loan products, including features, eligibility criteria, and market offerings.
Professional network relevant to the role, enabling effective business development
Strong knowledge of the industry and its current trends, dynamics, and competitive landscape.
In-depth understanding of industry practices, regulations, and market developments.
Confidence and strong presentation abilities.
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and target-driven approach.
Eye for details and completion of Documentation
