Job Description
- Handle customer calls related to CIBIL/credit information.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Maintain call quality and process standards.
- Update customer details in the system.
- Good communication and basic computer skills required.
Salary
Freshers: 17,500 20,500/month
6+ Months: 20,500 22,000/month
