Handle 4-5 concurrent chats while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction. Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards during interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Requirements: Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in international chat support. Proven ability to handle 4-5 chat concurrency effectively. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
