Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain databases, reports, and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to healthcare quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements based on analysis findings.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on strategic initiatives aimed at improving overall hospital performance.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the medical services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in general insurance principles and practices.
- Experience working with performance analytics tools such as dashboards, reports, etc.
