Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage sales operations for daylighting and pre-engineered metal building solutions.
Drive project-based sales across industrial buildings, warehouses, railways, and airport infrastructure.
Build, lead, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies, planning, monitoring, and follow-ups.
Liaise with architects, consultants, EPCs, and key project decision-makers.
Strengthen customer relationships and expand business opportunities across India.
Travel extensively for business development and key client engagements.

Candidate Profile:

8 to10+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role within the pre-engineered metal building industry.
Proven track record in leading sales teams and closing large projects.
Strong strategic planning, execution, and follow-up skills.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and the local language.
Willingness to travel and build strong industry networks nationwide.
