Experience: we prefer candidates who have never held a full-time job after graduation. We work with several international companies' internal marketing/sales departments to support their sales/marketing processes. As a Market Research Executive, after our two-month paid training, you will use advanced primary and secondary research techniques to find, identify, and classify companies providing software/technology and business solutions/services in different domains. You will be an expert on Google and LinkedIn searches. You will collaborate with internal teams in different departments to support our clients. It's a desk job; no coding, selling, or traveling is needed You need to be familiar with Google Search and able to read and understand what a company does from its website and Google Search. You need to be able to read and comprehend English and communicate with your seniors in some common language (English, Hindi, Odia, or any other language) A science or engineering background is a must. Even though this job does not involve any coding, you will use your background knowledge to add to it. Process: Handles processing of requirements for different projects by following proper processes. Adhere to quality requirements, achieve targets/volumes in given TAT(Turn around time). Training: We have a two-month training program to turn an eager and willing fresher into a full-fledged Market Research Executive, much in demand by all IT services companies. It's a paid training program, and we pay full salary. Add-on values: After working for 2 years, we will give you a certificate stating that you successfully completed a rigorous two-month training program in Market Research Executive and have successfully used that knowledge in your work. If you have an IT background and want to become a software engineer, after 6 months of good performance, we will give you multiple chances to pass internal interviews and move to our development team, which builds enterprise applications using PHP, MySQL, and other internet technologies. We also move from this role to a sales/mkt role with higher packages. Hiring Process: You can walk in every day from 11 A.M. to 5 P.M. with a copy of your CV or email it to us and then walk in.
