• As a Founding Engineer at Procura, you will spearhead the technical direction of our rapidly evolving platform

Key Responsibilities:

• Assume a lead role in shaping and evolving our technology stack comprising NextJS, NodeJS, ReactJS, and PostgreSQL, to align with our mission of streamlining procurement processes.

• Participate actively in the recruitment process, seeking individuals who resonate with our values and mission, thereby building a synergic and robust engineering team.

• Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and adherence to the highest standards of code quality and security.

• Develop robust, scalable solutions, ensuring not only technical efficiency but also aligning with Procura s emphasis on quality control and cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in software engineering, preferably in a product company, with a deep understanding of the nuances involved in building a B2B procurement platform.

• Proficiency in NextJS, NodeJS, ReactJS, and PostgreSQL, coupled with the willingness to adapt and learn other relevant technologies as needed. Proven track record of leading engineering teams to successful project deliveries with a knack for fostering innovation and collaboration.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a critical thinking mindset and adeptness at applying first principles to tackle complex challenges.
