Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Floor Manager who can efficiently manage showroom floor activities, lead the sales team, and ensure a seamless and premium customer experience. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in retail/jewellery showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the sales team on the showroom floor
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Track daily sales performance and support the team in achieving targets
- Maintain store discipline, staff grooming, and presentation standards
- Handle customer queries and resolve escalations effectively
- Support day-to-day showroom operations and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail/showroom operations
- Strong team handling and customer management skills
- Experience in jewellery or premium retail preferred
- Good communication and leadership abilities
- Presentable personality with a customer-first approach
