Job Description
We are hiring a Finance Manager for our client, a growing company seeking a strong finance leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Prepare and present MIS reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets
- Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and working capital
- Ensure statutory compliance GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Drive cost optimisation and profitability improvement initiatives
- Partner with business heads on financial decision-making
- Manage and mentor the finance team
Required Skills:
- CA / CMA or MBA Finance with 7-12 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in ERP systems SAP, Oracle, or Tally
- Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with Big 4 or MNC finance preferred Senior leadership opportunity with a well-established and growing organisation.
