Home Try-On Refractionist- Omni | (Field Sales Executive)

Role Overview:
We are hiring dynamic Field Sales Executives for our Home Try-On department. In this customer-facing role, you will visit customers at their homes, conduct eye power checks, and assist them in selecting and purchasing frames and lenses.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend customer appointments scheduled between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM/ 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM based on daily routing.
• Complete up to 5 appointments per day (subject to daily fluctuations).
• Visit customers homes for appointments provided by the company.
• Carry a company-provided kit bag on a two-wheeler (including refraction tools, machines, iPad, frames and lenses).
• Handle an equipment bag weighing approximately 1520 kg (optimized toward 15 kg) during appointments.
• Conduct preliminary eye checks, recommend suitable frames/lenses, and drive sales conversions.
• Generate business through a mix of 60% company-provided leads and 40% self-generated leads.

Training Provided

1-month paid training program, including:
Classroom Training (25 days):

• Eye fundamentals
• Machine and tool handling
• Product knowledge
• Sales process training

Field Training (8-10 days):

• Practical on-ground exposure
• Assigned buddy support for guidance and shadowing

Post successful completion of training, candidates will go live in the field from the second month.

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: 2,88,000 per annum (24,000 per month)
• Take-home: 20,400 per month
• Additional 5,000 fixed Mumbai City Allowance

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license
• Age: Up to 35 years
• Comfortable with field sales and direct customer interaction
• Willingness to travel for appointments
• Comfortable carrying the kit bag during field visits
• Sales-oriented with good communication and customer handling skills
