Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Fashion Designer specializing in ethnic menswear and womenswear to create contemporary and traditional designs for our brand. The candidate will focus on designing Sherwanis, Kurtas, Bandhgalas, and other ethnic attire for men, as well as elegant ethnic wear for women. Key Responsibilities: Oversee customization, sampling coordination, and production processes. Manage quality control, designing, merchandising, and embroidery workflows. Design innovative and trend-setting menswear collections for festive and wedding seasons. Research traditional designs and integrate them with modern aesthetics. Collaborate with embroidery and embellishment teams to create intricate designs. Select appropriate fabrics, colors, and trims to enhance garment appeal. Work closely with production teams to ensure garment quality, fit, and timely delivery. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in designing ethnic menswear and womenswear. Deep knowledge of Indian traditions, festival wear, and cultural aesthetics. Strong expertise in Indian textiles, embroidery, and embellishment techniques. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. High creativity with a strong eye for detail and design precision. Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
