Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily dispatch and production activities efficiently.
Maintain accurate computer records and coordinate field tasks effectively.
Ensure adequate labor arrangements and monitor workflow efficiency.
Track material movement and support timely delivery.
Coordinate with teams to achieve production targets and resolve issues promptly.
Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in production supervision, dispatch, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of computer operations and field work.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage labor arrangements and ensure efficient workflow.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Qualification: 12th or ITI.
Skills: Computer work, filed work, labour arrangement, and management.
