Export Sales Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement export strategies to expand international markets and increase revenue
Lead end-to-end export operations, documentation, and compliance
Identify and develop new overseas markets, distributors, and key accounts
Negotiate international contracts, pricing, payment terms, and INCOTERMS
Ensure compliance with DGFT, FEMA, customs regulations, export laws, and company policies
Oversee export documentation (LC, BL, COO, BOE, shipping & customs paperwork)
Coordinate with production, QC, logistics, finance, and CHA for smooth export execution
Monitor export performance, MIS reports, margins, and cost optimization
Manage and mentor the export team to ensure operational efficiency
Handle international client relationships, resolve escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction
Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Postgraduate in International Business, Commerce, or Engineering
815 years of experience in export management (bearing / auto / industrial products preferred)
Strong knowledge of global trade practices, INCOTERMS, LC, FEMA, and export regulations
Proven ability in international sales, market expansion, and distributor management
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office
