Job Description
Job Summary:
The Export Manager is responsible for managing international sales operations, ensuring smooth export processes, and expanding business in global markets.
The role involves handling export documentation, compliance, logistics coordination, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute export strategies to grow international business
- Identify and acquire new overseas clients and markets
- Manage end-to-end export operations including order processing and shipment
- Handle export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, LC, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs agents
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery
- Manage pricing, contracts, and negotiations with international clients
- Track export performance and prepare reports
