Job Description

Key Responsibilities

DGFT Licensing applications & Compliance
Apply for and update IEC (Importer Exporter Code) on DGFT portal.
Manage RCMC registration & renewal with Export Promotion Councils.
Apply for Advance Authorization, DFIA, and EPCG - fresh license applications
File and manage Export Obligation Discharge Certificate (EODC) and license redemption closure.
Export Imports Documentations
Prepare and verify Certificate of Origin (COA) Preferential & Non-Preferential.
Coordinate with Customs, CHA, and Export Promotion Councils for document processing.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all export-import transactions.

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of DGFT processes, Foreign Trade Policy, and export-import documentation.
Experience in handling IEC, RCMC, DEEC, EPCG, COA procedures.
Familiarity with DGFT ICEGATE online portal and customs documentation process.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain compliance records.
