Job Description

We are looking for an experienced merchandiser to join our team at S K KNITTS. The ideal candidate should have experience in the textile industry, specifically in handling customer queries, order coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Resolve customer issues and queries through internal coordination with various departments. Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer queries and complaints. Coordinate with factories, buying offices, and the sales team for order processing and projections. Prepare and share business reports regularly. Coordinate with production and logistics departments for on-time dispatches. Provide systematic and timely support to sales and other departments. Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, team members, and other departments to ensure positive, long-lasting, and profitable partnerships. Work closely with the team on a daily basis to identify and resolve any issues. Proficient in MS Office, Email, Photoshop, and PowerPoint. Possess strong communication skills.
