Position : Executive / Sr. Executive - Logistics Role & responsibilities : Preparing pre and post shipping documents for LC and Non LC export shipments. • Knowledge of GR waiver, Merchant trade transaction and Warehouse shipments. • Scrutinizing L/C received from foreign buyers and seeking amendment if any. • Knowledge of online process of certificate of origin and timely submission of REX report to Export Inspection Agency. • Follow-up with plants and business development team for timely despatch of containers. • Coordination with Customs house agent, Forwarders and shipping lines for arranging the containers for dispatch and also timely custom clearance. • Settling the payment in ICICI portal & sending payment disposals instruction to internal marketing department as well as account department. • Generating BRCs in DGFT portal after receiving the payments. • Knowledge of solving Caution List. • Maintaining scan & hard copy file of every shipments and providing daily/monthly MIS report. • Keeping track of shipments and timely ensure to have timely coordination with Overseas buyer and business development team • Submitting Certificate of origin bill through Bombay chamber portal to accounts department for closure of bills. • Knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP HANA Preferred candidate profile : Graduate with 3+ Years of Experience Share CV on careers@sml-ltd.com
