Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Fleet Operations Management Ensure smooth coordination and management of the fleet for efficient operations. Track vehicle movements and ensure timely deliveries to consignees. Handle drivers effectively, including task allocation and issue resolution. Logistics Coordination Collaborate with the sales team to align logistics with client requirements. Manage consignees' delivery preferences with a flexible approach. Handle vendor (transporter) coordination to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Administrative and Technical Skills Prepare daily MIS reports and maintain accurate records of fleet operations. Use Microsoft Excel proficiently for tracking, analysis, and reporting. Utilize Microsoft 365 and OneDrive for document management and collaboration. Efficiently manage email correspondence related to logistics operations. Communication and Problem Solving Exhibit excellent communication skills for liaising with team members, vendors, and clients. Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively. Flexibility Be accessible via laptop and phone, even on weekly off days, for critical updates. Adapt to flexible office timings based on operational needs. Geographical Knowledge Have a strong understanding of geography to optimize routes and manage fleet operations efficiently.
