Role & responsibilities

Handling routine operations
Focusing on identifying and developing new customers
Liaising with various internal stakeholders for (Plant/Regulatory/MIS/Logistics/Accounts)

Preferred candidate profile

Ensuring smooth flow of operations starting from order punching to final delivery of the material.
Preparation of Dispatch orders, sending the same to the plant and co-ordinating with them.
Engaging with customers with respect to new product developments & existing business.
Closely following up with plant for the status of orders and informing the same to the customers
Analysing and identifying potential customers based on the IQVIA data provided by MIS team.
Preparing Sales Summary, Orders in Hand details, Product-wise sales and pending orders details.
To maintain the flows of receivables from the external customers and following up for payment regularly; ensuring payments are received on time
To track ongoing projects and report superior in regular intervals regarding the updates on the same.
