Executive Learning Design: Role Definition LINC Education seeks a talented and enthusiastic learning design professional with experience in eLearning, online content creation, instructional design, project management, and exposure to authoring tools and various learning management systems (LMS) like Moodle and Canvas to assist with our online course development and facilitating capabilities. The Executive - Learning Design will work with the LINCs Learning Design Head, our various learning design experts, and university teams to create high-impact online learning material for our partners. The executive will work with an extended team of subject matter experts from our pool of LINC Fellows. Whom are we looking for? 1. Must have 1-3 years of instructional designing experience for online learning 2. Knowledge of authoring tools like Articulate and animation tools 3. A Masters or Bachelors in Education or English Language from leading institutions in India or certification in Instructional Design 4. Working knowledge of ADDIE and BLOOMS 5. Exposure to both educational and corporate projects is a plus 6. Should have strong spoken and written English language skills with high proficiency in grammar and phrasing Required skills Instructional design and storyboarding 1. Excellent content analysis, strategizing and storyboarding skills 2. Strong need and gap analysis skills 3. Scripting content and assessments that match the product value proposition Additional skills 1. Familiarity with various AI tools 2. Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google suite 3. Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) - Moodle and Canvas 4. Good people and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to remain structured and multitask in a dynamic work environment What will make you a great fit?
