Maintain plant and standard operating procedures. 4. Knowledge and experience of wastewater treatment techniques/processes. 5. Attend meetings with Clients. 6. Provide training to operators. 7. Ability to supervise, train, and motivate employees. 8. Prepare, review, and update the reports. 9. Capable of handling plant at all circumstances. 10.
