Job Description

We are looking for Engineering Coordinator for executing a major elevated metro project in Mumbai. This is a site-based role requiring strong coordination between engineering, execution, and client teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate with design consultants, site teams, and client/PMC for smooth engineering execution.
Track and manage engineering deliverables, drawings, RFIs, and approvals
Ensure timely issuance and circulation of GFC drawings and revisions
Maintain logs for drawings, submittals, RFIs, and approvals.
Support resolution of site technical issues in coordination with design team
Conduct and participate in engineering review and coordination meetings
Ensure alignment of engineering deliverables with project schedule
Interface with multiple disciplines (Civil, Structural, MEP) for clash-free execution
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality, and safety standards
Prepare engineering progress reports and MIS dashboards
