This open position is for Armanino India, which is located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA). About the Role Armanino LLP is one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics partners in the nation as a value-added reseller (VAR) and implementation partner for Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Supply Chain, Dynamics CE, and Power Platform applications. We are looking for a Senior D365 F&SCM expert who will join an innovative and entrepreneurial firm that makes a positive impact on the lives of their clients and their people. The Dynamics 365 FSCM Manager is responsible for ensuring that timely, high-quality services are provided post go-live to our Armanino Application Managed Services clients. This position combines a strong focus on system abilities with an equally important emphasis on client facing interpersonal skills. It will involve designing and implementing solutions within the system, troubleshooting issues, training, and advising on best practices. Responsibilities: Architect solutions within Dynamics 365 FSCM Make recommendation for new processes and procedures. Participate in road mapping sessions Perform Release Reviews Perform System Health Checks Hands-on support and system enhancement Provide solutions independently, or as an escalation point to less senior resources Analyze and document system and business requirements Creating design documents for new enhancement requests Setup system and configure according to customer requirements Train end users on the Dynamics 365 F&O system Assist with transitions from Implementation to Managed Services Help with assignment of work across rest of AMS D365 Consultants Serve as liaison between AMS team and Microsoft, vendors, contractors Contribute to the growth and efficiency of the Managed Services team Mentor Jr. Consultants as you take on a lead role in your area of focus (Financials, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) Participate in internal initiatives related to improving our systems, metrics, and processes Participate in formal and informal knowledge sharing sessions Requirements: Bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Accounting, or Information Systems. Deep understanding of financial accounting processes/principles. 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365/Dynamics AX as an implementer Excellent work ethic, positive energy and able to maintain a professional presence in difficult client facing situations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Motivated, self-starter, who can work with little supervision in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously.
