Commercial Operations: - Supervise commercial operations involving our drone technology at various locations in India. - Train service partners to operate our system effectively. Demos: - Independently organize and conduct demos at client locations to showcase our drone technology. - Tailor demonstrations to meet specific client needs and effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions. Internal Testing: - Oversee internal testing procedures to ensure technology integration is seamless. - Collaborate with the development team to incorporate new features and improvements based on operational feedback. Operations Tracking: - Maintain detailed records of drone operations, including issues encountered, and facilitate communication with the development team for resolution. Technical Documentation: - Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for drone operations. Customer Interaction: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during demos, addressing queries and offering insights into our drone technology. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Requirements: Frequent travel, staying and operating from different locations for extended periods. 2 years experience in drone piloting, managing drone operations and a solid understanding of drone technology. Prior experience with agricultural drones is not compulsory but will be preferred. Independent decision making and attention to detail. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to ensure smooth execution of demos, internal testing, and commercial operations. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly with technology demonstrations. Competency in operations tracking, issue identification, and coordination with development teams for resolution. Excellent technical documentation abilities.
