Job Description

As a Front-End Developer at DhiWise, you will be an integral part of our development team or design team, responsible for creating responsive, high-performing web pages. Your expertise in React, NextJS, various design system libraries, SEO performance strategies. Develop and implement front-end web pages using React and NextJS, ensuring code quality and maintainability. Creating design systems (like Radix, Antd, Chakra) from scratch, ensuring cohesive and scalable UI components across various products. Utilize HTML/CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS to design responsive layouts that adapt seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes. Apply advanced CSS, JavaScript, and media query concepts to enhance user interaction and experience. Incorporate SEO best practices at the code level to optimize web pages for search engine rankings and performance. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and integrate them efficiently. Collaborate with our marketing team to create web pages that align with marketing strategies and campaigns, enhancing brand visibility and user engagement. Optimize page performance and loading times by implementing best practices in page optimization, code splitting, and lazy loading. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in front-end development, incorporating them into projects to drive innovation. Wed love to hear from you if you have the following: Minimum of 2 years experience in front-end development with React and NextJS. Profound experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio showcasing projects built with React and NextJS. In-depth knowledge of design system libraries (Antd, Chakra, Reddix, Bootstrap) and HTML/CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS). Solid understanding of CSS, JavaScript, and media queries, with the ability to create efficient, scalable, and cross-browser code. Demonstrated ability to incorporate SEO best practices into code to enhance website search engine visibility and performance. Experience with page performance optimization and understanding of web metrics. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge about DhiWise product will be a plus point. Good if you have: Experience using DhiWise and a keen interest in making it better. Experience building design systems to create reusable and scalable components. A passion for creating intuitive applications. Maintain a blog. Engage in community activities and like speaking at meetups, conferences and sharing what you ve learned. Worked on building developer tools at work, in open-source projects, or as a side gig :)
