Job Description

Job Brief:

We are in search of an experienced and dedicated Senior Procurement Associate to join our Central Procurement Team in Navi Mumbai (Ghansoli location). The ideal candidate should have a solid background in procurement of IT & Non-IT goods & services, proven negotiation skills, and a keen eye for identifying and selecting reliable vendors. The role involves working closely with our internal stakeholders and managing their requirements effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and goals.

2. Identify and source potential vendors for goods and services needed by the company.

3. Regularly evaluate vendor contracts to ensure all agreements are honored and fulfilled and renewed on timely basis.

4. Negotiate contracts with vendors for the best possible price and terms.

5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure they are met.

6. Implement effective negotiation tactics to drive down costs and improve service levels.

7. Monitor and track procurement processes, contracts, and costs.

8. Manage relationships with vendors to ensure continuous improvement in terms of quality, delivery, and accuracy.

9. Prepare and present reports on procurement activities to senior management.

10. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to procurement.

11. Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
