Job Description

Role & responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive IT security policies and procedures Manage end-to-end vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT) cycles across all applications in coordination with IT auditors Conduct periodic IT risk assessments, maintain risk registers, and oversee mitigation strategies Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches Design and execute comprehensive cyber security awareness programs for all employees Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies for security and compliance assessments Engage with cyber security consultants to implement industry best practices and maintain security posture Ensure strict adherence to RBI and NABARD guidelines for IT operations and security Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations Maintain up-to-date documentation of security policies, procedures, and system configurations Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies and management Design and implement robust backup and disaster recovery procedures aligned with business continuity goals Ensure high availability of mission-critical applications through proactive maintenance and monitoring Coordination with internal stakeholders Educational Qualification Graduate in engineering or any relevant IT related qualification with 1 year (or more) of experience in Cyber Security. (OR) In case of graduates from other fields, 3 years (or more) of experience in Cyber Security Candidates with following Professional security certification would be preferred: Certified Incident Handler (CIH) Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst Program (CTIA) Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI) ISO/IEC 270001 Lead Auditor Comp TIA Security+ Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) Maximum age limit is 35 years for Manager as on date of application. Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English Remuneration Annual CTC: Rs. 9.71 Lakh Eligible for Basic, DA, HRA, CCA, Other Allowances as per the rules in force from time to time, Performance Incentive, Group Insurance Policy for employees & family, Group Personal Accident Policy for employees and other statutory benefits. Initial appointment will be on probation for a period of 02 years. The employee may be absorbed on the regular roll, based on satisfactory performance.
