Job Description

Must Have: 2 years supervisory experience managing cross-functional teams 3 years experience in cyber security vulnerability, threat response, or investigation. One or more cybersecurity certifications (Security+, CISSP, CISA, etc.). 2 years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above) 3 years’ work experience requiring the development of technical documents or presentations. 2 years’ experience managing vendor relationships. 3 years’ experience in IT incident management, including the development and/or deployment of remediation plans. Key Ask for the discussed role: Candidate should be 80% manager and 20% technical Should have strong managerial skills Should be able translate business plans into practical action Ensures cyber security team’s proactively monitor and/or respond to known or emerging threats against the KP enterprise Should be able to guide team process or procedure improvements, consulting on training sessions, and assisting with the development of new training documents. Provides guidance and feedback on continuous improvement to CRDC members and/or leadership.
