Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team in Mumbai, Pune, or Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience and be available to work in UK, Canadian & AUS shifts, with rotational shifts from Monday to Friday.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels.
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements.
