Configuration creation with technical supportive document for new machines development -Form strategy to collect data through customer requirement / field feedback / Competition performance Study the functional requirement of technological parts & propose new concept to improve performance with respect to quality / production study against competition machine configuration Prepare FRD for the requirement & the same to be reviewed with designers during project execution (Bench mark stage / design stage / functional test stage)) Verification of Product stage by stage (Technological verification on developed system, Verification of Machine at Field at rated production against required quality, Guide Technologist for achieving more than the rated production & quality). Functional validation & develop Sales recommendation for different material with different production rate. Technological solution for verification & validation points and Root causes - Prepare FRD for all projects (complaint/modi Key Skills Proposing new machines that can generate more revenue. Propose new / alternate technological process, so that the quality of our machines can be enhanced. Infer verification / validation results of our machine & compare with competition and propose possible improvements and Guide Technological team in validation. Understand competition machine in terms of build, performance & quality and document all details. Prepare sales documentation with machine specification & comparing with competition in all aspects. Provide possible solutions for complaints and guide Technological team in validating. Qualification Required B.Tech Textile Technology
