Customer Care Executive To keep our brand promise of exceptional products and service, we are looking for a Customer Care Executive who can grow into the role of setting up and managing our Customer Care Service - to manage customer requests and order enquiries - online and at our Phygital Stores. Roles & Responsibilities * Setup Customer Care by working with IT department to integrate all Customer Request channels (online, phone, WhatsApp, Social Media, etc.) * Manage daily Customer Care & Sales Enquiry requests by working with Logistics & Sales Teams * Achieve high ratings of Customer Service * Manage Customer Care and Store upkeep at our Mundhwa StoreMore Info
