Job Description

Well versed with the entire process of CRM with strong experience in collections Must have handled multiple projects, exposure commercial projects will an added advantage. Must have good communication skills (written and verbal). End to end CRM related activities post-sales till possession /handing over units for the assigned project / projects. Ensuring documentation relating to Agreement for Sale, registration, client profiling. Follow up for payment. Monitoring outstanding payments& collection targets. Working closely with all sales team/execution teams / accounts team to ensure that the CRM dept. is working effectively for all aspects.
