Ensure visa letters are clear, concise, and comply with the specific requirements of different countries and visa types. Collaborate with immigration consultants to tailor letters to each clients case and improve their visa application success. Lead and manage a team of writers, providing feedback and guidance. Review and ensure the quality of content as per the applications requirement. Collaborate with other departments to align content with business goals. Stay updated with the latest changes in immigration policies and ensures content reflects accurate, up-to-date information. Ability to perform research related to visa formats and requirements of different countries Must be able to assess client documentation and ensure file is submitted with suitable/required documents.
