Job Description

Role & responsibilities Research, design, and develop content related to FM and ESI, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Develop comprehensive study materials, including notes, practice questions, and mock tests for Phase I (Preliminary) and Phase II (Main) exams. Create detailed solutions and explanations for Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English Language, General Awareness (Phase I), and Economics and Social Issues (ESI), Finance, and Management (Phase II). Ensure content aligns with the latest RBI Grade B exam pattern and syllabus. Identify content gaps and suggest innovative ideas to improve knowledge dissemination in the FM and ESI domains. Training manuals and guides. Policies, procedures, and compliance documentation. Whitepapers, FAQs, and case studies. Stay updated on changes in regulations and policies affecting FM and ESI to ensure content accuracy. Collaborate with subject matter experts, legal advisors, and stakeholders to verify content relevance and precision. Review and edit existing materials to maintain high-quality standards. Present complex regulatory topics in clear, accessible language tailored to diverse audiences. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Financial Management and Employee State Insurance regulations and procedures. Exceptional research, writing, and editing skills. Ability to translate complex regulatory concepts into easy-to-understand content. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and content management tools. Familiarity with regulatory standards and processes governing FM and ESI in India. Experience working with government or regulatory bodies. Background in creating training or educational materials.
