We are looking for a talented and creative Technical / Content Writer Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical writing skills, a flair for creating engaging content, and an eye for designing visually appealing newsletters, blogs, and SharePoint UI sites. This role is a unique blend of technical and creative work, with a focus on AI technology, allowing you to showcase your writing, design, and technology skills. Qualification and Skills Education: Bachelor s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: Good to have prior experience in technical writing, content writing, or UI/UX design roles. Prior experience with newsletter design or managing SharePoint sites is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with AI technology is a plus. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and design tools (Adobe InDesign, Canva, etc.). Basic HTML knowledge is an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Creative, self-motivated, and passionate about content creation and UI/UX design. Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread technical documentation, user guides, FAQs, and training materials related to AI products and solutions. Develop engaging content for newsletters, blogs, and articles to highlight advancements in AI technology and solutions within the organization. Newsletter Design: Design and create visually compelling newsletters using professional publishing tools such as Adobe InDesign, Canva, and Microsoft Publisher. HTML skills are a plus. Ensure newsletters effectively communicate organizational updates, product launches, and industry insights, maintaining alignment with the organization s brand and voice. UI/UX Development: Design and manage SharePoint UI sites to improve user experience and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing interfaces for internal portals, communication tools, and intranet resources. Collaboration: Work closely with the Design, Technical, and Marketing teams to gather information, align content with organizational goals, and ensure it resonates with the target audience. Stay updated on AI technology trends and incorporate industry insights into content to ensure relevance, engagement, and alignment with the latest advancements in AI. Content Management: Organize and maintain content repositories to ensure easy access and efficient updates. Utilize CMS tools and automation software to manage, publish, and streamline content management processes, ensuring consistency and timely updates across platforms.
