About the Role: As the Academic Content Developer Associate at Andheri, Mumbai, you will be responsible for developing and generating high-quality educational materials, focusing on digital marketing topics. This role involves conducting research, collaborating with subject matter experts, and ensuring that the content is well-formatted, up-to-date, and aligned with the learning objectives of our students. You will also contribute to curriculum development and the innovation of learning materials to enhance the student experience. What You'll Do: 1. Content Development: Develop and generate high-quality educational material in the form of presentations, focusing on digital marketing topics to meet key learning objectives. Conduct research using online sources, interviews, studies, and your own insights to understand learners' requirements and create relevant content. Ensure that learning materials are concise, easy to follow, and well-formatted. 2. Collaboration & Research: Work closely with in-house and external subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the content. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure that the content is current and effective. 3. Curriculum Development & Innovation: Contribute to curriculum development and educational material enhancement. Be innovative and creative in using language, graphics, animations, interactions, audio, and video to make presentations engaging. Attend classroom training sessions to observe content delivery and make improvements based on feedback. 4. Assessment & Quality Assurance: Create multiple-choice questions (MCQs), assignments, and other test materials to evaluate student understanding. Proofread and edit content before training sessions to maintain quality. Submit work to the manager for input and approval. 5. Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments to ensure consistency across all content and presentations. Continuously innovate and improve presentation-building skills to enhance the learning experience. Additional Duties: Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position. Who You Are: Must-Have: Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations. Strong research skills using multiple sources. Excellent writing and editing skills in English. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and marketing web publications. Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and meeting deadlines. Should Have: Sensitivity to the learning abilities of students and beginners. Experience in educational content development or digital marketing. Nice to Have: A completed Digital Marketing course. Experience with curriculum development and educational material innovation. Educational Background: Any graduate or postgraduate with a specialization in a relevant field. Location Preference: Candidates residing in Mumbai will be given preference.
