Job Description: Catalogue Consultant at Cleartrip We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Catalogue Consultant to join our team at Cleartrip. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and enriching our hotel content catalogue to ensure superior customer experience. Key responsibilities include: Content Enrichment: Lead content enhancement initiatives by updating and refining key content parameters for hotels to maintain accuracy, relevance, and competitiveness. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of the catalogue to ensure consistency, compliance with standards, and data integrity. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product, operations, and marketing, to align catalogue updates with business objectives and customer needs. Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements for efficient catalogue management and content enrichment. Join us in shaping the future of travel content at Cleartrip! To succeed in this role – you should have the following Requirements: Experience in content management, operations, or related fields Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
