Roles Responsibilities Supervise in-house content team and freelancers Oversee all content production across teams Proofread, restructure and edit all content before publishing Produce high-impact industry related content Work with graphic designers and the marketing team for design and distribution of content Ensure content alignment with business needs as well as brand guide Manage the editorial calendar Come up with creative and new ideas for content creation and distribution Create compelling content for diverse platforms Personal qualities and skills desired 3-4 years of experience in content writing and editing Hands-on experience with content management systems Exceptional writing, proofreading and editing skills with impeccable grammar Effective communication skills Experience in conducting research and documentation Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp Strong attention to detail
