Opportunity 1 - Graphic Designer CTC Upto 8 Lakhs Minimum 2+ years of Exp as mentioned below Graduate with at least 2 years of relevant experience Creative and imaginative mindset Collaborate with Content Writer and Content Developer on visual placement of creatives Cloud Use graphic design and multimedia software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Articulate, etc.) to create high-quality visuals. Good understanding of Instructional design =========================================================================== Opportunity 2 - Content Writer CTC Upto 9 Lakhs Minimum 2+ years of Exp as mentioned below Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Education etc. Specialized degrees in Instructional Design, Learning and Development or certifications in content writing, e-learning development, or instructional design or familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories 1 2 years of relevant experience Strong command of English with excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging instructional materials that meet the specific needs of learners. Editing and proofreading skills to ensure high-quality content delivery. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate). Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary. Proficient in using online collaborating platforms, Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint =========================================================================== Opportunity 3 - Content Developer CTC Upto 11 Lakhs Minimum 2+ years of Exp as mentioned below 1 2 years of experience in developing training materials for e-learning platforms, classroom training, and blended learning environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelors degree in education, Instructional Design, etc. or certifications in instructional design (e.g., ATD Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) or e-learning development (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate). Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc., e-learning development platforms to create interactive learning experiences. Working knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, Canva) to integrate high-quality visuals. Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) Understanding of SCORM, AICC, and xAPI standards for e-learning content. Basic understanding of HTML5/CSS will be beneficial. =========================================================================== Opportunity 4 : Content Quality Check /Editing CTC Upto 16 Lakhs 2- 3 years of experience in developing and quality-checking training materials for e-learning platforms, classroom training, and blended learning environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelors degree in education, Instructional Design, etc. or certifications in instructional design (e.g., ATD Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) or e-learning development (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
