Looking overall compliance as applicable to IRDAI Insurance Broker including preparation and filling retunes. (Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly/POS-Half Yearly Return) Monitor company compliance with regulations (Intimation Of Branch opening/Closing also newspaper advertise for shifting branch, BQP update/License Renewal/ISNP Audit/Cyber Security Audit) Coordinate, prepare and review regulatory requirement(Circular/New Regulation Changes) Follow-up with IRDA for compliance-related issue as and when needed. Prepare and Maintain Premium Register POS Intimation, Deactivation and update in system-POS Portal Maintain a file of BQP and Branch - singing authority Arrange Training and Exam (NIA)-BQP Exam and training registration (Fresh Renewal) Related follow up Maintain Exam and Training Certificate of BQP BQP Code Creation from the Insurer Vetting and executing the Agreement and related documents of the Insurer Desired Profile: Candidate should have experience in Compliance Insurance.
