Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT (Mandatory) Experience : 1+ Year CTC : Open For Discussion Job Location : Bangalore (Sarjapur) Key Responsibilities: Checking technical Design and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly. Planning and execution management. Identifying the quality vendor based on the work to be taken up and awarding the vendor for the work. Providing the technical advice and solving problems on site Preparing site reports and filling in other paper work. Under taking survey setting out sites. Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculation Communicate with management and manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the Management or architect. Monitoring the Day to day management of the site including supervising and monitoring labour force and the work any subcontractors. Plan the work and efficiently organist the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines. Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site. Manage, Monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect. Evaluating the prepared bills of the contractors and subcontractors. Assuring all the works carried out will be according to the GFC Drawing Preparing the Bill of Quantities and Costing. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from IIT Minimum 1+ years of experience in project management roles within the construction industry, with a focus on civil engineering projects. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and building codes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience coordinating with vendors, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to manage and execute project tasks on time.
