Role Overview: As Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will oversee operations and drive the successful execution of large, multi-domain projects across India. You will manage stakeholders, optimize resources, ensure financial efficiency, and tackle challenges in policy-driven environments. This is a leadership role for someone with a strategic mindset and hands-on problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations & Project Management Lead and manage nationwide, multi-sector projects. Develop strategies to meet deadlines and ensure smooth project execution. Improve processes for better efficiency and on-time delivery. 2. Government & Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with government officials and stakeholders. Align project goals with stakeholder expectations. Ensure all projects comply with government regulations and procurement guidelines. 3. Financial Management Oversee project budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation. Monitor costs to ensure profitability. Report financial and operational performance to the board and stakeholders. 4. Team Leadership Build and inspire high-performing teams. Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Ensure strong employee engagement and align teams with company values. 5. Crisis Management Tackle setbacks, delays, and external challenges. Develop contingency plans and find innovative solutions to ensure progress. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus. Experience: 15–20 years of experience in operations, project management, or executing large-scale projects. Experience working with government entities and navigating complex policy environments. Knowledge of telecom, networking, IoT, smart cities, waste management, or IT infrastructure is preferred. Skills: Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
