Roles and Responsibilities :
- Risk assessment, evaluation and conversion - contributing to GWP growth for product lines
- Portfolio monitoring, analysis and driving profitability - contributing to LR improvement
- Corporate level activities including product filing, reviews, audits, system development and improvement, process improvement
- Learning and Development, imparting training Market engagement, industry update and intellegence
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in the automotive industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of commercial underwriting principles and practices.
- Proven track record in leading high-performing teams and driving innovative solutions.
